Responsibilities
Sell furniture and home accessories in store, on the telephone, or via mail.
Process orders and paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
Follow up with customers regarding purchases/orders/deliveries.
Maintain an awareness of loss prevention.
Problem solve with customers
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
Identify and resolve client concern
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sale
Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally, focusing on teamwork.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Follow up for collection payment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
Bachelor degree of Engineering, applied arts, fine art or
Business administration

Excellent command of both written and spoken English other language is assist

Working condition:
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, able to work in shifts and must be able to work one weekend day
