IdealRatings is looking for an office manager for its Cairo Office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Petty cash management
- Office Purchases
- Coordination with all local suppliers
- Travel assistance
- Documentation, and paper work activities within the company.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor Degree from a recognized university.
- Knowledge of own area's purpose and organizational structure, and how it relates to the company as a whole.
- Has relevant experience in similar position.
Years of experience
- 1-3 years of experience
Must Have:
- Fluent English
- Good Time management skills.
- Presentable
Must be experienced in a combination of these skills
- MS Windows
- MS Office 2007
- Office tools (e.g. fax, etc.)
