Being based in different countries all around the world, technical support representatives are needed urgently to answer customer queries over the phone. In a constant growth on an international environment, the company is currently looking for an Operation manager experienced in Call centre to manage a dynamic and multilingual team of customer service agents. You will be referring to a dynamic project for the IT industry.
Daily tasks
Manages performance by coaching the account supervisors & trainer, create and encouraging individual employee participation in decision making
Conduct all internal team meetings
Drive the client team in order to increase productivity and achieve target
Prepare & Conduct performance appraisals for Account Supervisors and trainer.

Candidate
Fluent English
Minimum one year experience in the call center industry
Minimum one year previous people management experience
Previous project management experience is preferred
Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
Excellent communication skills
Problem solver
Location : Cairo
Salary: 10500 EGP per month
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Fluent English. Previous Technical support or Call centre experience
